For custom requests, please include as much detail as possible so we can respond quickly and accurately.

Helpful information to include:

Item you’d like engraved (or if you’re providing your own item)
Text, logo, or design idea
Quantity
Timeline or deadline
Reference photos (if available)

Response Time

Emails are typically answered within 1–2 business days
Custom quotes may take additional time depending on project details
Messages sent on weekends or holidays will be answered the next business day

Important Notes

Custom and personalized items are final sale once engraving begins
Not all materials are suitable for laser engraving — we’ll confirm before proceeding
Customer-supplied items must be approved prior to engraving
