At WDE Engraving, all of our items are custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Custom & Personalized Items

All items are engraved, customized, or made specifically for each customer. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

Please double-check all details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Shipping Issues

WDE Engraving is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
