WDE Engraving – Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with WDE Engraving! Each item is custom-made with care, and we appreciate your patience while we create your order. Due to each item being custom-made, we order supplies when YOUR order is placed. We do not have inventory - when product comes in, we add the customization.
Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 12-14 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. WDE Engraving is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, WDE Engraving is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
